Oakland Joinery and Interiors Ltd first job as principal contractor. The project was secured via competitive tender, quality and price split (MEAT – Most Economically Advantageous Tender). The works are to refurbish the whole 1st floor, preparing for privately rented office space as part of the ‘Power Up Enterprise’ funding.

Works include minor demolition, office partitions, glazed partitions, movable retracting wall, replacement timber doors, 2nd fix joinery suspended ceiling grid replacement, carpet tiles and vinyl flooring, kitchen/breakout areas, full M&E package, feature walls, painting and decoration.
