Following the phase 1 remodelling of existing buildings to create a new Arts Factory in November 2020, the 2nd phase of the project creates a new building fronting Wellington Road, a main arterial route into Stockport. The building includes health and beauty training facilities, science labs, a café and library.

Oakland Joinery & Interiors were appointed by Seddon to complete the joinery package which included the supply and installation of:

-      130 fire doors & ironmongery including 24 screens

-      Roof skylight linings

-      Feature staircase Oak tread cladding & landings

-      Bespoke café servery & feature slat wall

-      Bespoke reception desk complete with bench seating

-      Bespoke LRC & Learning Services desks

-      2000m skirting board
