Working for a brand-new client, One Heritage, Oakland Joinery & Interiors secured this project which consisted of conversion of an old courthouse to luxurious studio apartments. Applying Modern Methods of Construction, utilising CLT planks to form the flooring structure, partitions and followed by followed by 2nd fix joinery.
