Our Apprentices
We strongly believe in developing young talent & we are committed to nurturing our apprentices so they can continue the ‘Oakland approach’ moving forward, even more so since the Covid-19 pandemic and especially due to the construction industry being desperately short of talented labour.
We are immensely proud of our youngsters and couldn’t be prouder of their achievements so far.

Started with Oakland Joinery 2019.
Completed his joinery apprenticeship in late 2021

Started with Oakland Joinery mid 2021
Completed his joinery apprenticeship in late 2023.
Josh Donaldson
Started with Oakland in October 2022.
Josh is completing his first year joinery apprenticeship.

Started with Oakland Joinery 2023.
Reagan is completing his first year joinery apprenticeship.
Owen Bennett
Started with Oakland Joinery mid 2021
Due to complete apprenticeship mid 2024.

Completed his joinery apprenticeship in February 2022.
Clayton Stevenson
Started with Oakland Joinery November 2021
Previously completed City & Guilds joinery qualification elsewhere, however struggled to obtain work
experience before employment with Oakland.
